Stealth-mode venture scaling a circular agriculture methodology: discovery, specification and go-to-market for the 0-to-1 digital product

• Product discovery and specification: turned undocumented field expertise into PRDs, user stories and low-fidelity prototypes, adopted by the team as the v1 spec
• AI product design: defined how a conversational AI retrieves knowledge and automates field documentation, the product's central function
• Go-to-market positioning: ran competitor analysis and persona mapping to set the MVP's value proposition and market direction

Management consulting for governments, universities and technology platforms: strategy, operating models and roadmaps for clients to execute

• Digital platform strategy: designed the digital blueprint, platform operating model and revenue logic for the National Digital University (Budget 2022–23), including its hub-and-spoke MOOC platform
• Public-sector strategy: developed Karnataka's roadmap to raise GER from 32% to 50% under NEP, Bihar's state digital roadmap, and the KPMG NIRF 2023 report on state institutional performance
• Market entry and institution strategy: shaped Google's K–12 public-sector entry case, assessed India positioning for an Australian university, and developed the ECCE Centre of Excellence strategy for Sanskardham; advised on the set-up of Assam Skill University and UPES's industry-linked MBA
