Mechanical Maintenance & Shutdown (Planning, Execution & Spare Management)
- Planning & Maintenance of Static and Rotary Equipment Including Heat Exchanger, Valves, Pressure Vessels, Pump, Compressor etc.
- Prepare work task list and Spare list for Preventive, corrective and Shutdown Maintenance.
- Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.
- Identification of Backlog Jobs (Static, Rotary & Scaffolding) & liquidation of backlog Jobs.
- Anticipate and plan for mandatory spare, Special Tools and manpower requirements for heavy duty equipment Maintenance.
- Ensure Resource, Man/Machine, Special Tools, Materials and service requirement availability before the job for improving productivity to minimize plant production down time.
- Maintain Equipment history in SAP (Preventive, Breakdown, Condition Based Monitoring and Overhauling). Generate notification, Work Order and issue material through SAP/OIMS System.
- Reviewing history records of key machines for breakdowns to analysis and carry out necessary corrective actions / measures.
- Supervise day to day routine / Breakdown / shutdown Maintenance Activities of the plant and Ensure Safety, Quality & Timely.
- Area Owner responsible for overall Maintenance, Overhauling, troubleshooting & PM/CBM.
- Managing the integrity and re - certification of documentation records within the maintenance management system (E.g. lifting tools and tackles certification and PSV, PRV testing and re- certification and pressure vessel thickness measurement and hydrotest.
- Coordinates safety meetings & knowledge Enhancing Program for motivate manpower for safe production.
- Good Knowledge of work permit system & Isolation of Equipment.
- Provide Significant contribution in implementing of Asset optimization (AO) modules including CBM (Condition based Monitoring and Defence Elimination and Hydrocarbon Management and Shutdown Management).
- Valves - Maintenance and Repair of Various types of Valves. Planning of Critical function test of PSVs and PRVs.
- Pressure Vessel - Maintenance of Pressure Vessels including Process isolation, internal Inspection and rectification and Demister Pad Inspection and Cleaning. Follow up with Inspection team for job clearance.
- Heat Exchanger - Hand on Experience of Maintenance Various type of Heat Exchanger works such as Hydro testing, Bundle Removal and refixing. Tube leak identification & Rectification & hydro-Jetting.
- PUMP - Execute repair work such as Mechanical Seal Replacement, Bearing Replacement & Alignment including overhauling & Modification of Pump. Analysis of cause of failure & take corrective action to avoid such type failure in future.
- Compressor - Planning and Execution of Reciprocating Compressor and Centrifugal Compressor including Material Identification & Inspection Manpower Management, Special Tools Identification & Major Equipment Overhauling.
