• Source the candidates that match the desired skills as soon as a requisition arises from the departments.
• Scrutinize the resume
• Screening the profiles, check for criteria, if eligible then schedule the interview
• Depending on the criteria, test or demo to be arranged for Technical requirements technical demo is to be arranged.
• Co-ordinate with the Principal and all the Heads of the departments concerning recruitment and selection
• Panel interview to be organized by interacting with all Panel members
• Communicating the status of the interview to the applied candidates
• Post the vacancies on the career page of our website through TAM
• Post the vacancies on other job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed,etc.
• Maintain a database of resume
• Recruitment details to be updated in HRMS in the Recruitment module
• Assist during ICTE, VTU etc
• Further to the existing roles and responsibilities you are assigned to prepare paybands for schools and Colleges post request and approval sent by the respective HRs. The pay bands are to be signed by the HR Manager - Recruitment and the Executive Director - Human Resources. Post signature scanned copy to be sent to HR's by email only.
• On boarding of new hires, preparing Appointment Letter Induction planning and execution, End to end management of the probation confirmation process.
• Handle resignations, exit interviews, Analyze exit feedback and report of other campus.
• Officially deputed by NHEI to visit and coordinate with affiliated school campuses.
