Research Scholar - Zoological survey of India - Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Great Nicobar, Mumbai

• Conducted taxonomy and identification of intertidal and coral-associated species; maintained detailed specimen records and identification keys
• Performed SCUBA-supported surveys and sampling of coral reef fish and associated invertebrates across mainland and remote island sites (including Narcondam, Great Nicobar)
• Collected, preserved, labeled, and registered museum specimens; managed accession records and long-term storage protocols
• Led outreach lectures and seminars for schools and the Navy Coast Guard on marine biodiversity and conservation
• Participated in terrestrial and marine biodiversity surveys and contributed to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) work in Mumbai
• Supported field logistics, sample chain-of-custody, and data entry for research projects and museum collections
• Survey experience at 126 sites throughout Andaman and Nicobar islands, Great Nicobar islands and Mumbai
