Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples in English and Tamil. My clinical work is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), with the understanding that emotions are adaptive guides that shape how people make meaning of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. Rather than viewing emotions as symptoms to be managed, I help clients develop the capacity to access, understand, regulate, and transform emotional experience, fostering deeper self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and lasting psychological change.
My practice is experiential in nature and draws on Attachment Theory and Parts Work (IFS-informed) to help clients understand relational patterns and internal protective systems, alongside interventions from Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and trauma-informed practice. I work collaboratively with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship distress, attachment injuries, identity concerns, and recurring relational patterns.
