- Plan and design site infrastructure.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate between suppliers and vendors.

Client: Airports Authority of India, Kempegowda International Airport, Devanahalli Bengaluru
- Plan, estimate, and design the site infrastructure of the Air Traffic Control approach office workstation in the Airports Authority of India, KIA, Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
- The project includes Civil construction works, Server Room, aluminum partitions, false flooring, gypsum tiles, false ceilings, PAC systems, and electrical works.
- Conducted site surveys and analyses to identify construction requirements.
- Ensured that all safety regulations were strictly adhered to during on-site operations.
- Developed cost estimates for materials and labor resources required for the project as per DSR, DAR, and market rates.
- Performed periodic inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
