Have worked as a Service Desk Analyst for BT e-serv Pvt Ltd CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR From September 9,2019 till 14th November, 2022 Have worked as a Customer Support Advisor in Aegis Services, Kolkata from 7th June, 2018-14th August, 2019. SERVICE DESK ANALYST My job role required me to work both taking inbound calls from customers regarding iPhone and SIM issues, and creating incidents, tickets. Also have worked in email management for last three months.
Management required me to check with user replies and their queries over email, and also dealt with new tasks and task updation.
