Senior UX Designer at Wipro (2023-03 – 2026-08)

Owned 14+ enterprise B2B SaaS apps and internal tools (HR, rewards, risk, finance), mostly as sole designer until new-joiner designers joined and I trained them. Worked with 7 BAs, 4 PMs and 25+ engineers, BRD to design QA.

• Dashboards. Total Rewards, the rewards and benefits platform live in 25 countries for 170,000+ employees, rated 4.1/5 in India. Role-based dashboards built around what each persona needs first.
• Approval workflows. DLG, a four-role incentive sign-off (sales, delivery, leadership, finance) that ran on email, prototyped end to end in Figma Make: one queue pattern across roles, verified data kept apart from judgement calls, the payout formula open for audit, each step locked until the previous sign-off.
• Compliance and risk. KYC Vault, Enterprise Risk Management and QDPS. Also designed Global Benefits, Insurance and the SAP SuccessFactors integration, and contributed to design system governance on the Unily intranet.
• AI enablement. Taught the team Figma Make, Copilot and Figma MCP in VS Code, keeping AI output on-system.

UX Designer at Digio.in (2022-06 – 2023-02)

Sole designer at a RegTech company whose KYC, e-sign, e-mandate and consent products run inside HDFC, IndusInd Bank, L&T Finance, Groww, Zerodha and Navi. Worked with the CEO, CTO, legal, support and engineering.

• Onboarding. Rebuilt the DigiKYC web flow end to end, phone to desktop. Funnel data, support tickets and client input showed drop-off at every step, not one broken screen. Drop-off fell from 39% to 27%.
• Compliance. Read the RBI rules myself and designed them in: mandatory consent wording, no pre-ticked or below-the-fold consents, Aadhaar data handling, geo-tagging, liveness and video KYC.
• Payments and consent. DigiCollect e-mandates and NACH, DigiSign e-sign, DigiLink Account Aggregator consent.
• Design system. White-label theming that put one flow in the brands of Groww, Zerodha, Navi and Motilal Oswal.
• Testing. Guerrilla tests with 6–8 people led to permission-recovery screens, clearer step previews and copy.

Experience Design Intern at frog design, part of Capgemini Invent (2022-01 – 2022-05)

Sole designer on AIA Master Planner, reporting to frog's design lead, from research and wireframes to final UI; handed off to frog's engineering team and shipped for AIA. Completed frog's 6-week behavioural design certification.
