Tools Used: AutoDock, PyRx, PyMol.

• Performed protein–ligand docking using AutoDock and PyRx to compare binding affinity of two lipid molecules.
• Analysed docking results based on binding energy values and interaction patterns.
• Identified key interaction residues involved in ligand binding using PyMol visualization.
• Compared structural behaviour of different ligands at the protein binding site.

Research Project - Molecular Dynamics Simulations - KIIT University [On-Site] Jan, 2026 - March, 2026

• Performed molecular dynamics simulation using Gromacs to analyse stability of protein–ligand complexes.
• Studied conformational changes and structural stability over simulation time.
• Analysed simulation output and visualized structural behaviour using VMD.
• Evaluated interaction stability based on structural changes during the simulation.

Bioplastic Project - Biodegradable Biofilm from Food Waste - KIIT University Jan, 2026 - March, 2026

Developed a biodegradable biofilm using rice washing water and potato starch to utilize food waste and reduce plastic usage.

Prepared the film using heating, stirring, and solvent casting followed by drying at room temperature (26 °C).

Evaluated tensile strength, water absorption, thickness, and biodegradability of the film.

The film showed good flexibility, 0.01 mm thickness, and complete degradation within 7 days, indicating potential for eco-friendly packaging and gardening applications
