UI/UX designer with 3.5 years across mobile and web, for clients in Germany, Dubai and India. I have designed and shipped a consumer mobile app built around a conversational AI assistant, and designed a B2C mobile booking product from research through to final UI. My process runs research and journeys first, then information architecture, then wireframes and the interface.

I build design systems, design accessibility into components rather than auditing afterwards, and use AI tooling day to day for prototyping and exploration.

UI/UX Designer at Shades of Web (2025-08 – Present)

• Designed and shipped a consumer mobile app for iOS and Android built around a conversational AI assistant, from product idea through user journeys and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and a working, client-approved build.
• Designed how the assistant behaved rather than only how it looked: how suggestions were framed, and where a conversation should hand back to a normal interface. Real use surfaced answers that read badly, and the framing changed because of it.
• Defined information architecture, navigation and interaction patterns for multi-audience products, where the same underlying state had to read correctly to people with different permissions and different goals.
• Worked within an established design system and extended it as the product grew, adding components, patterns and states so new work stayed consistent with what had shipped.
• Collaborated with Product Managers and engineers from requirements through delivery, with specs, annotated designs and design QA, and presented concepts to German and Dubai based stakeholders by walking them through something they could use rather than a slide.

UI/UX Designer at HTS - Software Services and Products (2023-01 – 2025-08)

• Delivered 5+ mobile and web products across sectors: a consumer food delivery app, insurance and financial services, enterprise HR, telecom infrastructure, and work for Indian Oil.
• Translated product requirements into user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes, then into high-fidelity mock-ups engineering could build from.
• Ran on-site and remote usability testing with 10+ users, measuring task success and time on task, and turned findings into specific design changes each round.
• Built and maintained a scalable design system in Figma with reusable components, variables, type scales and interaction patterns, keeping typography, spacing and layout consistent across 10+ feature modules, with accessibility designed into the components.
• Restructured multi-step journeys that had grown unwieldy, cutting completion time by 25%, working daily in Agile sprints with Product Managers, business analysts, engineers and QA.
