I am a fresher with some hands-on experience on programming languages such as C ,C++,Java and have worked on a sponsered project named Heart Disease Analytics and Prediction .The model was built using Decision Tree algorithm with the 96% accuracy .The model predicts whether the particular person has a Heart Disease based upon features in Dataset also created a Dashboard which displays several trends based on KPI used
