Shruti Bhagat

My name is Shruti Bhagat. I have completed my B.Com and currently I am working with Axis Bank as an Assistant Manager in the Teller role.

In my current role, I handle day-to-day cash transactions, customer service, branch operations, and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately while following audit and compliance guidelines.

I would describe myself as a responsible, quick learner, and customer-focused person. I am always willing to learn new things and take on new responsibilities.

I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can use my banking experience and skills, learn more, and grow professionally with the organization.

I have 18 months of professional experience in the banking sector with Axis Bank, where I have been working as an Assistant Manager in the Teller function.

In my current role, I am responsible for managing day-to-day cash operations, handling customer transactions and queries, maintaining transaction accuracy, and ensuring strict adherence to the bank’s operational, audit, and compliance standards. I also coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Over the past 18 months, I have developed strong skills in customer service, cash management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and working effectively under pressure. This experience has given me a strong foundation in banking operations and has helped me become more responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Regarding my educational background, I completed my graduation from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. I completed my HSC from Rajeshwar Union Junior College and my SSC from Vidya Niketan, Kurha.
