As a Data Associate at Amazon Development Centre, my work includes transcribing audio files for Automatic Speech Recognition, performing annotation for Natural Language understanding, evaluating dialogue, and analysing data in different locales to improve overall customer interaction with Alexa. I have also worked on Excel, Quip tools to create NPT and process allocation tracker.
I have also acted as the point of contact for processes and provided floor support to associates, enabling them to perform complex annotations and drive process improvements.
