Role performed: Preparing Space certificate, Receiving Stocks, Security Screening, loading & unloading, palletizing, Stacking of goods, stock verification, Bonding activities, Intimation to Category for the discrepancy, handing over stocks, Communicating discrepancies if any. stock movement from BWH to floor in FIFO.

Preparation of GDF indents, annexures, shipping bills, picking lists, intimation letters to customs, and updating all registers like Bond register, Space register, Warehouse register, Material inward register, and other SCM related records. If any discrepancy is discovered duty payment is paid immediately after duty payment, all records are updated.

Maintaining daily records & documents related to movement of goods.
Daily job profile includes receiving of goods, processing at warehouse level, distributing as per the store requirement, maintaining balance stock, re-issuing of required stock, delivery to the stores, physical stock take on by-weekly basis, Raising purchase.

Ensuring MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges.
Checking for any pending work and give instructions to carry out those to respective person.
Check that every person has completed his /her work according to the SOP.
Ensure that all functions are carried out smoothly in warehouse and each employee is assigned Work according to the requirement and it is being carried out.
Ensuring documentation (filling. record keeping, retrieval) is done regularly.
Follow up with vendor as per POs. order stock is deliver to location.
Daily & monthly Stock audit & verification.
