Hope you’re doing well Sir/Ma’am. My name is Chef Shubham and I have been working in the industry for 3 years now. I have worked in fine dining restaurants, 5 Star Hotel throughout Mumbai,India & Currently working at Carnival Cruise Line, Miami-FL, United States America.
I take a lot of pride in my work, and I always find ways to improve upon it. I'm a quick learner and easy to teach, who is eager to learn new skills. I don't like half-efforts or half-baked results. If something is worth doing, then it's worth doing right, every time!
That said, I do tend to prefer structure and rules, they help me keep up my high standards and goals.

I have completed my Education in one of the known university in mumbai. Which is ITM IHM Nerul. I have completed BACHELOR OF ARTS IN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMEN. it was a dual degree program where my university tied up with the Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. and the course BAIHTM comes under tied program so i have dual degrees in my hand from both Universities. and expertise myself in Culinary department.
