Shubham Hajare

Hi, I’m Shubham Rajesh Hajare from Thane, Maharashtra.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Mumbai with a strong academic record — securing 8.62 CGPI. My passion for life sciences, health systems, and public service led me to further specialize as a Certified Sanitary Health Inspector, awarded by the National Institute of Public Health Training and Research (NIPHTR) in 2024.

I’ve built practical experience through my roles at Startek and Eureka Outsourcing Solutions, where I worked on client operations, data handling, service delivery, and compliance — all of which sharpened my administrative, analytical, and communication skills. Though those roles were in mutual fund operations, they gave me hands-on exposure to structured service environments and systems, which are essential in healthcare administration too.

I’m particularly interested in contributing to healthcare support services, where life science knowledge, documentation accuracy, and a strong client-first mindset matter.

I speak English, Hindi, and Marathi fluently, and I’m known to be methodical, detail-oriented, and a fast learner. I’m always ready to take on challenges where health, systems, and people intersect.
