➢ R&D through Pilot Plant of Gea technology.
➢ Shelf-life study of new products.
➢ Insightful experience in online quality operations of freeze dried and air dried
(Fruits, vegetables and Herbs)
➢ Responsible for all Critical Control Point verification and validation like metal separator and PAA washing in process.
➢ Carrying out incoming inspection of raw, packaging and quality tests of online processing.
➢ Responsible for carrying out Internal audits, GMP audit and taking CAPA accordingly
➢ Coordination & Implementation of requirements of certifications such as BRCGS,
IFS, HALAL & KOSHER.
➢ Responsible for analysis of Finished product and sensory evaluation.
➢ Ensuring hygiene and safety in and around plant premises.
➢ Customer complaints handling - investigation and root cause analysis.
➢ ERP and SAP clearance from Quality module for all raw material and packing material.
