- To ensure all RTR/GRP/GRV, PVC, CPVC, UPVC pipes and fittings shall be visually inspected for scratches, damaged end, cracks pinholes, crushing, weathering and cracked O-rings and gaskets.
- To ensure damaged pipes and fittings shall not be installed and to assure that pipe and fittings shall be cleaned and dried before installation.
- To assure that the proper Material handling and storage of RTR/GRP/GRV, PVC, CPVC, and UPVC are in proper place.
- Ensure the Solvent cement is stored at manufacturer recommended temperature.
- To ensure correct type/ASTM code of solvent cement is used for Thermoplastics jointing.
- To ensure that the work done complies with applicable plumbing codes.
- Worked on Sanitary sewer system, Oily water drainages system, storm water drainage system, Sanitary Sewers, Water distribution piping network, fire hydrants installation and Potable water (Raw water and drinking water) lines installation and testing.
- Verified that the Isometric drawing that used by construction have Stamp Issued for Construction.
- To locate the installed spools are in correct position based on coordinates drawing.
- To assure that Chemicals Storage have proper shelter to avoid direct sunlight and in proper location and correct mixing of chemicals during lamination as per vendor recommendation.
- To verify all the Installers are qualified on that Job for the installation of key-lock, adhesive and also for the lamination.
- To verified the temperature, humidity, and dew point before start and during lamination of RTR/GRP/GRV by using hygrometer.
- Be responsible to entire installation of pipes and fittings for RTR/GRP/GRV to assure the alignment, straightness and squareness.
- For the GRV/FRP responsible for verification of offset and gap are followed by construction as per recommendation of vendor and as per standard.
- Be responsible for the quality management, tracing inspection to the objects, whichever belong to his specialty and for the realness and to correctness of various quality record approved.
- Perform inspection as per client ITP & inspection check list.
- Conduct monitoring & surveillance on site activity to ensure quality of works and potential problem arise.
- Review Construct as-built drawing for modified above ground line and underground lines as per Engineering suggestion and approval for weld mapping and test package attachment.

- Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.

- Familiarized with clients and company procedures engineering standards and references.
- Material receiving inspection of FR/RTR
- Verify the installation of RTR/GRY/GRE/FRP Piping as per the manufacturer Recommendation.

- Inspection of supplied material according to material receipt and manufacturers certificate and advice warehouse personnel to store according to its use systemized by using their item code, material code, delivery note, description of material and classification code.

- Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection
- Reviewing received material from approved vendors as per client requirements
- Receiving & inspecting material at site based on respective documents which is requires on project (purchase order, delivery note, MTC, isometric drawings, specification and standards)
- Preparing hydro test packages, checking line and listing punch
- Coordinating with client/consultants while the inspection is being carried out and offer any clarification is required
- Preparing & maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages
- Witnessing alignment, orientation and dimensions of installed piping.
- Assuring that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.
- Ensuring vents are open when filling and draining lines.
- Confirming repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.

- Raising RFI for Third Party Inspection along with VID Inspector (If required)
- Material stored in designated area for Inspection.
- Material is segregated and arranged as per upcoming Inspection or Material release note.
- Additional tests are done upon client's request, witnessing along with the third party Inspector.
- Packing and Transportation is done as specified by client standards.
- Prior to release material pictures are taken and submitted to third party inspector and VID Inspector
