Worked under the skill development project for especially able candidates and provided them placement linkage, in collaboration with American India Foundation. Created a database of employers, trainees, placed candidates and also follow up data according to time frame.

Programme Manager - ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth

(2011-08 - 2013-03)

Worked on vertical of sustainable livelihoods on permanent basis. Successfully coordinated 42 numbers of EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Programmes) for rural tribal youth in various trades in different parts of district Udaipur, Rajasthan. Have successfully coordinated the activities of the project 'Developing the financial literacy module for rural youth'.

Facilitated financial literacy trainings in batches for rural youth through standardized modular course developed by ICICI foundation for Inclusive Growth. Have conducted complete Basic orientation programmes for Self Help Group (SHG) women in different parts of the state Rajasthan on performance management of the SHG. Designed the curriculum, organized and coordinated programmes of Training for Trainers for local trainers who come from village area.

Coordinated activities of Bamboo Project at Jhadol, Udaipur, and Rajasthan. Coordinated activities regarding Course module development for the skill trainings in various trades. First-hand experience of taking Spoken English classes for rural tribal youth.
