1-  Project -1 : British Steels U.K. (British Steel S/4HANA Transformation) Scope of project includes S4 HANA and IBP implementation

I was responsible for ePPDS configuration, CDP setup, Block planning setup, PPDS planning profiles creation, Work area setup, Planning board setup, CIF setup for Characteristic and class and ePPDS subcontracting and Batch job setup.

Project – 2: Reckitt Benckiser (ECC and APO Implementation project at Bangplee, Thailand) Scope of project includes ECC and APO implementation

• I was responsible for PPDS planning / CIF setup / ECC MRP planning. / ECC and APO subcontracting

Conducted workshops / system familiarization session to understand the business process during requirement gathering

Project – 3 : Estee Lauder (Global Rollout / AD / support Project ) The scope of this project includes Production support /Rollouts / Business enhancements / Brand expansion across the globe. 

I worked on different roles on this project.

a) Global Production support: 2012 to 2016 (Estee support Team)- Global support team b) Global SME D2B team :2016 to 2020 (Estee Client AD team)-I was working with the D2B team for EUROPE, APAC and America region. Estee has phased implementation and rollouts across globe with diffident business requirements.

c) Global Tech operation Team: 2020 to October 2021-I was working with Tech operation team, which is responsible for brand expansion and minor enhancements.

Project – 4 : Nestle Globe Sustain Project (Global support Project)- Euand APAC support and Enhancement team

I was working with the Demand and Supply Planning Team for Europe. This team supports Go-lives, Configurations and undertakes on-going issue resolution

Project – 5 : 3M (APO Implementation project. (Dusseldorf, Germany)- The scope of project to replace their existing I2 based supply chain planning tool with APO SCM 7. The integration environment is Non ECC legacy system for transactional data

• Responsible for all phases of implementation right from Project Preparation, Blue print, Realization.
• Conducted workshops at understand the business process during requirement gathering and documenting the same. Prepared the blueprint documents for integration and SNP

Project – 6: Rohm and Haas (APO Global Implementation Project Melville -US and Shanghai, China) The scope of project to replace their existing Manugistics based supply chain planning tool with APO.

• Build owner and solution owner for various business process for EM, CM, SM
• Created Proof of concept (POC) for various business requirements EM, CM,SM
• Test cases design and detailed test case development. Coordinate the offshore team for understanding the requirements / FS and timely delivery
