- Credit Appraisals of Home Loans & Mortgage loans
- Credit interview with all home loan & Mortgage loan customers with respect to credit & portfolio information & quality of files
- Adherence to Credit norms, Guidelines set by Corporate office, implementing credit guidelines in branch framed by Corporate office
- Coordinating with legal & technical agencies to get the file sanctions in with respect to the legal & technical aspects
- Co ordinating with internal FI team

- Recommending home loans & mortgage loans under branch limit & executing the documentation of the entire loan sanction from the branch and disbursing the same
- Due diligence in credit analysis, customer application screening, evaluation, underwriting and sanctioning of loan
- Manage Credit buying process which monitors turn around, approvals, review of samples, quality checks on process
- To Keep track of portfolio and delinquency levels ensuring that requisite follow up is being done to ensure that over dues are regularized in a time bound manner and the portfolio quality is maintained
- Verifying credibility of customers through CIBIL trans union / Experian /Equifax
- Check authenticity of customer profile / documents through FCU process and collection department
- Technical inspection & valuation of properties
- Sending high value proposals to Head office
- Back office operations-Handled EMI cheque depositions, daily cash deposit monitoring
- Timely updating of DD & Cash deposition in the system
- Maintenance of cheque & Cash register
- Attend queries related to customer service and updated the same to Head office
- Early delinquent cases follow up & maintaining good portfolio
- Submitting hindsighting audit report to head office for delinquent customers
- PDD & OTC Management
- HL & LAP policy training to sales team in regular intervals
- Verification of Loan agreement
- Collection of all original documents as per LSR
- Preparation of disbursement memo in the system
- Ensure process flow of files from login to till disbursement
- Ensure all the disbursement files are with completeness and as per process and policy
- Controlling process from file login to disbursement with desired TAT
- Ensure all the disbursement files are with completeness of all necessary documents
- Ensure Equitable Mortgage creation for home loan & mortgage loans cases
- Customer service – Includes query resolution, compliant resolution
- Maintaining inventories of DD , Loan documents & stamping
