- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Handle travel Management hotels & guest house booking.
- Organize meeting and booking meeting room.
- Book domestic flight tickets and rail tickets.
- Checking all engineer expenses (like hotel bills, travel bills /car expenses/electricity bill/Rent bill)
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Coordinate with Accounts department
- Prepare spare part Estimate, Performa invoice, Delivery Challan.
- Logging orders and maintain records of when material is dispatched.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Payment follows with the customer.(spare part/amc/ service dues)
- Maintain Amp Records, Extended Warranty, and credit agreements.
- Prepare MRF, Amc and Extended warranty estimate
- Send checklist against sales spare parts of Bangalore head office.
- Send dispatch detail to the customers and engineers.
- Maintain The daily Estimate and Po, PI in excel sheet.
- Prepare quotation and visit charges if any along with the pi.
