Act as primary Business Analyst for Property & Casualty insurance products on the DXC Assure policy administration platform, supporting personal and commercial lines including Fire, Motor, Marine, Health, and Travel.
Lead requirement gathering and analysis with international stakeholders, translating business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, and SRS documents that guide development and QA teams.
Manage end-to-end policy administration workflows including underwriting, endorsements, claims processing, reinsurance, and coinsurance, plus batch job processing and Document Management System (DMS) operations.
Design and execute manual test cases for insurance products, and participate in SIT and UAT cycles, coordinating issue resolution with development teams to ensure on-time, defect-light releases.
