Experience
Hardware Testing Engineer - Bharat Electronics limited - Bangalore, Karnataka
(2023 - 2024)
Completed One year Apprenticeship training from 2023-2024
- The D4 system operates on a dual-pronged neutralization approach—offering both non-kinetic (soft kill) and kinetic/directed-energy (hard kill) responses
- Detect & Track: Combines active/passive radar systems, radio frequency (RF) sensors, and electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) cameras with laser range finders (LRF) to provide 360-degree real-time airspace monitoring and AI-powered threat profiling.
- Deter (Soft Kill): Scans communication channels (300 MHz to 6.6 GHz) in milliseconds to block control frequencies, jam Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), and execute GPS spoofing/signal denial to force drones down or turn them back.
- Destroy (Hard Kill): Deploys high-energy Laser Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) to physically fry or burn down incoming threats mid-air when electronic countermeasures fail.
- Operational Range Detection Range: Up to 3 to 5 kilometers (depending on radar configuration and environmental factors).
- Soft Kill Range: Up to 3 kilometers.Hard Kill (Laser) Range: 1 to 1.25 kilometers.
