Total 19 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas projects as Instrumentation Section as in Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of DCS, IPS, FGS, PLC RTU based Control System, and Telecom System and Commissioning & Testing of all FF and non -FF Field Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow), Fire and Gas Instruments, Fiscal Flow Metering System, Gas Chromatography, Analyzers, Control Valves and ESD valves.

Instrument Maintenance Role in OQ Gas Network from June 2013-November2021

Gas Processing station which includes Gas treating, Booster, Pressure reduction Custody transfer metering, and associated FCS / DCS / IPS / FGS / FMS / RTU System and field instrument which include ESD, PCV, Fire and gas device, smoke detection Transmitters, analyzers, Gas fired water bath heaters, Odorant system, Pig Launcher and Receiver, HVAC, UPS Systems, Thyristor control Electrical fired Heaters.

• Carry out maintenance and repairs of all types of plant equipment’s in a safely, timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules (PPM).
• Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required.
• Assist visiting specialist engineers, when necessary, such Upgrade and PM.
• Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to management, Group Leader and Lead Tech.
• Make full use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Plan / prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time. Fill in job tickets / CMMS on completion of work.
• Manufacture spare parts as required identify and prepare proposal with Leader.
• Typical example of work would be to respond to maintenance request for equipment fault, diagnose fault repair and return equipment to operational service.
•  All work to be carried out operating in a safe and efficient manner. (A process of dynamic risk assessment is operated).
•  Identify spares requirements and control / log usage and maintain spares.
• Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Participate as a member in the RCM Team to carry out RCA, EIA, ECA and Asset Verification and include the missing asset in the PM schedule based on the RCM Study.
