- Conduct shop-floor quality audits and random inspections to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
- Support final quality clearance and ensure only approved/OK panels are released for packing and dispatch.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly QC MIS, rejection reports, defect analysis, downtime reports and quality performance dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect prevention, process stability, productivity and customer-quality requirements.
