MBA student with a specialization in HR (Human Resource) and Marketing. During my Internship at Timken, I worked on the project Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement and Action Plan which helped me understand how to keep employees motivated and connected with their work. I have good knowledge of HR Operations recruitment process and employee relations.

I am also comfortable working with MS Excel and powerpoint for reports and presentations. I believe in teamwork clear communication, and giving my best to achieve the organizations goals.
