- Handling End to End IT and Non-IT Recruitment.
- Managing end to end recruitment of open roles which includes understanding business needs and drafting job specification, sourcing, and screening the candidates.

- Screening profiles and line-up shortlisted candidates for personal interviews and organizing various rounds of interview.
