• To interact with users to understand the requirements, issues for possible solutions to resolve on priority.
• Resolving the end user raised ticket (Incident) using SM (System Monitoring) Ticketing Tools.
• Analyzed business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• The core role was to keep the applications up 24x7 and to be in touch with administrators and users to help them and to resolve server and application related issues.
