Disha Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. specializes in the production of couplings and pup joints from the sizes of 1" to 20". Company are engaged in design, development and manufacturing of product according to customer requirements.

The core strength is their machineries with robotic involved in tubing section. It produces couplings and pup joints with precession work which are used in gas and petroleum industries and exports it worldwide in different countries as in United States, Germany etc. Company has been certified for ISO and API (American Petroleum Institute) standards.

Worked in Purchase & Account department as Purchase Officer for a team of size varying 4-5 members with different skill sets.

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
• Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules
• Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
• Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing of the Purchase Order)
• Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket
• Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing
• Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process
