• Built business-specific Small Language Models (SLMs) by fine-tuning LLaMA 3.2 using LoRA/QLoRA and developed a production pipeline including pretraining, pruning, weight healing, fine-tuning, on custom domain datasets to create smaller, faster and efficient models for real-world use.
