- Anxious and neurodivergent learners were overwhelmed by content-heavy modules, so balanced graphics-to-text at a 60:40 ratio, added a non-intrusive hint system, and removed penalties for wrong answers — letting learners progress without pressure while staying supported.
- Learners had no visibility into their own standing, so owned end-to-end design of an individual progress view showing per-module performance and areas needing work, tailored to each learner rather than a generic scorecard.
- Learners needed always-available support without a human-staffed teacher dashboard, so designed the interaction pattern for an AI chatbot assistant that delivered contextual help directly.
- Administrators had no efficient way to manage platform-wide tasks, so designed admin tooling with batch operations and role-based permissions, giving structured control over management workflows.
- User retention was declining, so conducted market research and competitive analysis, developed personas, and mapped user journeys for distinct engagement scenarios — using findings to shape a targeted email engagement strategy.
- Inconsistent components and manual handoffs were slowing delivery, so built a reusable design system and translated decisions into wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes, collaborating with product managers, ML engineers, and frontend developers through to handoff.

LMS and admin dashboard for a career mentoring platform, previously reliant on fragmented external tools.
- Dheya's mentorship operations were fragmented across external tools with no unified data view, so ran stakeholder interviews, desk research, and a joint mentor-student survey to define the real problem before designing anything.
- The market lacked a tailored fit for Dheya's model, so benchmarked Udemy, Coursera, and LinkedIn Learning on features and pricing to scope an in-house LMS instead of another external dependency.
- Student and mentor needs weren't clearly understood, so built personas, empathy maps, and information architecture, translating research directly into low- and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Admins had no unified view of revenue, leads, or activity, so designed a centralized dashboard consolidating all three into one view, removing manual cross-referencing.
- Developers needed clear specs to build from, so delivered interactive Figma prototypes and structured handoff documentation across student, mentor, and admin surfaces.

Freelance brand and visual design for a food business built from the ground up.
- A new food business had no visual identity or way to reach its local audience, so designed a logo, menu, and marketing pamphlets from scratch, keeping the look simple and authentic to resonate with the target customer base.
- Early materials weren't landing with customers, so iterated designs based on direct feedback, applying accessibility-minded choices to keep materials easy to read and act on.

Mobile app concept for pet emergency reporting and rescue coordination, inspired by a real personal experience; portfolio project, not launched to market.
- Existing apps (Nextdoor, Finding Rover, PawBoost) had no dedicated path for reporting injured animals, so ran competitive analysis to confirm the gap before designing a focused solution.
- People didn't know who to contact in a pet emergency, so conducted user interviews that surfaced a consistent pain point — no clear "who do I call" in the moment — and mapped the full user journey to find where panic cost the most time.
- That delay was the core problem to solve, so designed an SOS reporting flow — live location capture, situation description, and real-time rescuer matching — to replace ad hoc searching with one fast path to help.
- As a portfolio project that did not go live, impact reflects design rationale rather than measured results: the flow was built to reduce hesitation and response time, validated through interviews and iterative wireframe testing rather than production data.
