Guide and coach to all stakeholders and participants involved within the agile delivery ensuring the scrum ceremonies are executed correctly and that team lives by the values and practices of Scrum and Agile.
Good facilitation skills and facilitates the Scrum Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement).
Coaches the team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
Helps the scrum team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Deft in identifying problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions
Facilitates quick resolution to keep teams highly motivated and productive.
Guide and support the scrum team on continuous improvement activities.
Foster Team collaboration and help in resolving conflict.
Have good Leadership skills and exhibit leading by example.
Actively participates in Scrum Master Community of Practices (COP) to share and gain best practices, lessons learned, and other know-how.
Work with Agile transformation Coaches and support the agile transition journey
Experience
Custodian for the Agile processes and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, quarterly release planning activities
Arranging daily stand-up meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
Encouraging the Scrum Team to improve, within the Scrum process framework, its development process and practices to make it more effective and enjoyable for the next Sprint
Actively moderating Sprint Retrospective
Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
Collaboratively supporting PO to build product backlog, prioritize the backlog based on value delivery
Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. JIRA
Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
Understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization eg, TDD
Reporting out of JIRA for various sprint/burndown or release burndown charts
