 Monitoring supply chain management process and resolved any discrepancies (Forward, Reverse and RTO).

 Implementing audit controls to improve effectiveness.

 Managing daily shipments to customer as per company’s quality standards.

 Maintaining accuracy and integrity of all logistic information.

 Coordinating with internal staff/teams as well as external vendors and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of shipments through the supply chain

(first to last mile).

 Supervising logistics escalation team and assist team members to close escalations as per SOP and following up with the courier partner for the closure.

 Providing feedback to the logistics escalation members in help to increase the productivity and efficiency.

 Prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively, and targets are met.

 Identifying errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures

 Closing social media escalations at priority by coordinating with the courier partners.

 Sharing the productive report on daily basis with the manager.

 Preparing and Present data in weekly review meetings with the courier partners and upper-level management.

 Sharing the pendency data of the shipments (Forward, Reverse and RTO)

with the courier partner on daily and weekly basis
