- Designing exclusive kurtees, Sarees, scarves, bags, cushion and other ladies garments
- Develop CAD of Duvet, Quilt, Sham, Euro, Cushion and other home furnishing items.
- Doing separation of all kind of design for screen printing, rotary printing and digital printing.
- Collaborated with the Design team in researching, designing and developing product by classification from concept through execution
- Creating and printing designs on digital machine for lawn as well as for the Export and Domestic
- Designing and printing exclusive Bed Sheet, Cushion, Carpet, Curtain and other home furnishing items.
- Responsible for choosing appropriate design and color for making the fabric
- Responsibility for scanning, re-coloring, cleaning, and creating repeats for prints both all over and engineered layouts
- Designed all print and placement artwork as well as color matching for different fabrics
- Developed new design concepts and participated in various trade-shows
- Look after the printing and design problem before and during printing
- Giving the sufficient advice about design and printing
- Identified the season wise styles/colors that are most demanded in different location
- Manage all design for summer/Autumn/Winter lawn collection
- Creating designs for lawn as well as exports according to new era and also according to boss instruction.
- Developing files of new styles with fabric, laces embroidery techniques, size, measurements and different trims etc for collection.
- Submitting the costing for the submitted sampling range & negotiating the price for same 'to ensure mutual profitable business by achieving financial targets.
- Ordering the fabrics once the order is confirmed. Making dyeing and printing program for the order.
- Submitting all of approval sample in trims & planning the production by making critical path/ T & A plan, and ensuring that shipment goes on time.
- Updating the buying house / buyer on weekly/regular basis regarding sampling & production, discussing the style with the buying house to make it more production friendly.
