➢ Responsible for the 90MW site activities related to Operation & Maintenance and planning of Wind Turbine.
➢ Proper Planning and Scheduling of Preventive and breakdown Maintenance and GB Oil changing for Wind Turbine.
➢ Operation and maintenance of Gear Box, Hydraulic unit, Hydraulic Cylinder, Valves, Bearings, Etc.
➢ Conducting Training to the PM team before starting PM
➢ Technical and safety Training conducting to the team as per monthly calendar.
➢ Breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance of Gamesa G97 G114 2MW WTG’s.
➢ Error Analyzing, Trouble Shooting and Modifications of Wind Turbine.
➢ Vibration Analyzing and Based on analysis giving suggestion.
➢ Troubleshooting of Hydraulic system related breakdown.
➢ Generator Alignment (Mechanical and Laser Kit).
➢ Erection & De erection of blades transformer with crane & crane less.
➢ Knowledge about transformer Energizing process.
➢ Knowledge about software and parameter updating
➢ Knowledge about tracing the electrical & hydraulic circuit diagram.
➢ Thoroughly knowledge on hydraulic unit and electrical operated valves.
➢ Main bearing failure analysis with the help of CBM and knowledge purging activity.
➢ Pitch cylinder seal and pitch cylinder replacement.
➢ Periodic inspection & replacement of oil in Gear Box, Yaw drive HU oil.
➢ Apart from O&M involved In MBD turbine taken care of Karnataka all sites.
➢ Generator bearing replacement activity.
➢ Software updating.
Having Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience of 12years 2months.
