- Built department-wise multi-level approval and rejection workflows with role-based access control, ensuring only authorised users can process or escalate requests at each stage.
- Automated email alerts using UTL_SMTP and ORDS so relevant teams receive notifications instantly when a request is raised, approved, rejected, or escalated — reducing manual follow-ups significantly.
- Integrated REST API and SMS API for real-time data exchange with external systems and instant SMS notifications to customers on service updates and complaint resolution.
- Developed a wide range of analytical reports and dashboards — subscription trends, area-wise complaint heatmaps, SLA breach alerts, engineer productivity — giving management clear visibility into operations.
- Used APEX Data Load Definitions to handle bulk data imports (customer records, plan changes, area mappings) with built-in validation rules, error logging, and rollback support.
- Integrated APEX OFFICE PRINT for professional PDF report generation and used Jasper Reports for complex formatted outputs required by the client.
- Worked closely with the GTPL team and BeyonData management to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and demo new features — building strong client trust.
- Proactively identified and resolved performance bottlenecks in PL/SQL procedures and SQL queries, improving page load times and report generation speed noticeably.

- Project: Point-of-Sale (POS) Application for a Restaurant Chain. Designed and built a complete POS application in Oracle APEX independently for a restaurant client, covering order management, table assignments, billing, KOT generation, inventory deduction, and daily sales reports.
- Wrote all backend logic from scratch — packages, procedures, triggers, functions, cursors, and dynamic SQL — handling the full order-to-payment flow with proper transaction control.
- Integrated email notification system using APEX_MAIL for customer order confirmations and client support communication.
- Designed and built the complete dashboard and UI — daily revenue summary, table-wise status board, popular items chart, and shift-end reports — with a clean interface optimised for fast use by restaurant staff.
- Handled everything independently: requirement gathering, database design, development, testing, and final handover to the client.
- Project: Live Server Monitoring Dashboard (Internal Tool — OCI). Designed and built an internal real-time server health monitoring dashboard using Oracle APEX, pulling live data from the Oracle database and ORDS endpoints.
- Dashboard displays: tablespace usage per server, server up/down status, ORDS service status, count of active workspaces, and total number of applications running per workspace — all refreshing automatically.
- Configured instant alert notifications (email + on-screen) that trigger the moment ORDS goes down or a server becomes unreachable, enabling the team to respond before clients are affected.
- Deployed and hosted entirely on an OCI Free Tier account — set up compute instance, ORDS configuration, and APEX workspace from scratch with no additional infrastructure cost.
- This tool is now actively used by the team to monitor all client environments in one place, replacing manual server checks that were being done previously.
