Gold Loan process procedures including customer verification, KYC verification, loan processing, eligibility calculation, and disbursement process

• Customer visits the branch with gold ornaments and identity documents
• Verify customer details
• Adhaar card, Pan Card (if Applicable) otherwise form 60 & forms 97, Address proof, Mobile Number verified
• Complete Know Your customer (KYC) Verification
• Check Customer Details against internal and regulatory requirements
• Verify documents are valid and authentic
• Create the loan application in the system
• Verify gold appraisal details entered by the appraiser
• Check loan amount calculation based on approved gold rates and LTV norms
• Ensure all required documents are uploaded
• Calculate the gold value based on the company's approved gold rate
• Apply the permitted Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio
• Determine the maximum loan amount eligible for disbursement
• Verify sanction details before disbursement
• Process bank transfer or other approved payment methods
• Generate loan agreement and customer receipts
• Confirm successful disbursement in the system
• Work in excel including data entry
