• FI-CA Process Support: Provided functional support for the Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) module. Assisted in resolving issues related to open item management, payment posting, and clearing scenarios, ensuring alignment between billing results and financial records.
• CRM-ISU Functional Integration: Managed the bidirectional data flow between SAP CRM and IS-U, ensuring accurate synchronization of Business Partners, Contract Accounts, and Premise structures. Played a key role in ensuring that service requests initiated in CRM correctly triggered technical installations in IS-U.
• Billing & Invoicing Troubleshooting: Served as the front-line functional support for billing errors. Executed deep-dive root cause analysis on document outsorting (EA05), identified configuration gaps, and collaborated with technical teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• UAT & Functional Validation: Authored and executed comprehensive UAT test scripts for CRM-ISU and FI-CA enhancements. Validated business scenarios—ranging from move-in/move-out processes to payment clearing—to ensure system stability before production deployment.
• Documentation & Business Process Mapping: Developed functional specification documents (FSDs) and detailed process flow diagrams for CRM service requests and FI-CA accounting workflows. These improvements were instrumental in reducing support ticket resolution times.
