• Monthly P&L summaries, variance reports, cashflow tracking. Built these as Excel reports with VBA macros and Power Query for finance.
• 400+ UAT test cases during the SAP S/4HANA transition, everything passed. Helped map data fields between old and new systems.
• Wrote SOPs for the dashboards and trained the team on how to use them. Helped onboard new hires on our data tools.
• Spotted gaps in a few operational workflows and proposed automation fixes. Some got picked up, some are still pending.
• Present numbers to management in weekly and monthly reviews. Flag anything that looks off.
• Help translate business questions into data pulls. Figure out what's needed and put together something useful.
• Ad hoc data pulls, fixing broken reports, manual cleanup. Regular part of the role.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for SQL and DAX. Speeds things up by maybe 20%.

• Cleaned about 10,000 chest X-ray records in Pandas/NumPy for a lung disease study. Helped design a COVID-19 survey too.
