I have been in the IT business for over 5 years, having worked on both development (J2EE) and support (ITSM) modules. I have great communication skills in English and am both a bibliophile and cinema lover.
Backend development and first level testing of new feature to enhance grievance resolution for Tax portal, ocassionally taking up PMO and data reconcilliation tasks as well. I also have experience in dealing with client entities on a regular basis. Have been previously employed by a leading IT giant Infosys Ltd.
