• As per the policy the patient Information are highly protected.
• Co-ordinate with the teams and assisting them in resolving the internal operational issues.
• Taken Initiative in Downloading the all info's in the application, Allocating the works, end of the day works will be placed to QC for audit and Submitting the claims to insurance on the daily basis.
• Constant communication with QC calls if any clarification or quires required and it has been updated to the managers on weekly calls.
