- Actively participate in the establishment of the annual plan and budgets and their updates
- Provide support for ordering and supply procedures for medicines and medical devices in order to ensure that stocks are maintained for all pharmacies, avoid cases of expiry, over-stocking, stock-outs and ensure the proper functioning and the effectiveness of these procedures

- Ensure the proper destruction of expired medications Ensure, in cooperation with the project logistics manager, good storage conditions (e.g. humidity, temperature, exposure to light, cleanliness, pest and rodent control, etc.) and the classification and organization of medicines and medical equipment in compliance with MSF protocols
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety procedures in project pharmacies cleaning control of pests and rodents, etc.
- Supervise the operation and organization of the project's central pharmacy and satellite units and put in place protocols and procedures to be followed by all staff in order to ensure the quality of service provided to the population and the correct handling of products and equipment in terms of hygiene and according to Report on the consumption of medicines and medical devices distributed in accordance with protocols and unusual flows.
- Perform all reporting tasks associated with their scope and responsibilities, ensure their consistency and accuracy in order to facilitate decision-making by superiors
- Ensure that all pharmacy staff use the required procedures and equipment in accordance with protocols, e.g. white coat, gloves, etc.
- Participate in monthly reports as directed (SitReps, statistical medical reports, etc.)
- Plan and supervise, in close cooperation with the human resources department, the procedures (recruitment, training/initial training, evaluation, potential screening, development and communication) concerning the personnel under his responsibility in order to define the required knowledge and ensure its mastery
