Manufacturing defense & aerospace electronics product, engineering plastics for ABB India, ABB export and Raychem RPG.
- Knowledge of Injection molding: Regular production tool (both thermoset & thermoplastics).
- Handling L&T machine which have capacity of (60,100,150 and 180 TON.
- Handling HAITAIN machine which have capacity of 90TON.
- To reduce in-process rejection percentage (Below 3%).
- To increase OEE and Efficiency as per shift.
- To increase productivity.
- To allocate minimum man power to achieve the plan to achieve 100% target as per production plan.
- Implementation of KAIZEN &5's & lean manufacturing in the Assembly line & shop floor.
- Effective communication and team building skill.
- Monitor and track WIP status to meet the target.
- Promote shop floor 5's and KAIZEN activity.
- Taking care of issue occurred in the process and solve the issue.
- Understanding of NPI (New Production Introduction)
- Look after all production activities in the unit and tool plan and Schedule and the assembly line as per the priority of production.
- Distribute work among operators and workers in shifts.
- Trail of new molds in coordination with Engineer & NPD Dept.
- Analysis of daily rejection and taking corrective action in coordination with QC in charge.
- Review and analysis of Daily production report and process parameter sheet.
- Daily monitoring of OEE making implementing and maintaining CAPA in case it is low.
- Ensure that all the documents and records related to injection molding are properly filled and laid down processes of injection molding are strictly followed throughout the department.
- Ensure safety and security of production equipment and personnel.
- Attain minor machine breakdowns, In case breakdown is major, inform shift in charge with first investigation report.
