Radiographer (Internship) - Kongunad Hospitals Private Ltd - Coimbatore

Completed professional qualification course from Kongunad Institute of Allied Health Sciences. Specially trained in CT, MRI, and X-Ray from experienced senior technologists.

• Performing all routine cases and special procedures in X-ray. Upper limb and Lower limb X-rays (both Departmental and Portable).
• Documentation and film processing.
• Enhances patient safety by implementing performance improvement plans.
• Performs all tests in accordance with the Department manual.
• Proficient in conducting portable X-ray procedures for non-ambulatory patients.
• Assists physicians in administering contrast media and informs radiologist of patient history.
• Assists in Cerebral Angiograms, Pulmonary Angiograms, Peripheral Angiograms, and Aortograms with Senior Technologists.
• Assists in CT-guided biopsies with Radiologists and Senior Technologists.
• Applies knowledge of physics, accessories, film evaluation, and pathologic evaluation.
• Managing Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS).
