My name is sriram. I have done b.sc visual communication from bharathiyar university. Pursured to i has got the chance to work in reliance web world as a customer care executive and sale executive when it was under the direct reliance mobile. For 7 yrs. And after i quited the job. And i got the job in reliance netmed wearhouse in madurai . In this wearhouse i has joined as a picker and packer. After whats i switched over to inventory.

In reliance mobile store. As a coustmer care exceutive. We need to solve the issue of customer. According their problem. Like network issue. post paid bill doubt. In prepaid customer face issuing like recharge amount decuted .for some reason like game or multimedia message.
