I am a multidisciplinary professional with a background in Applied Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health, specializing in Health Service Management. My experience spans public health program implementation, district-level health monitoring, and HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding processes. I have worked closely with government health departments under NHM, contributing to maternal and child health initiatives (JSSK), while also developing core skills in documentation, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.

With hands-on exposure to both fieldwork and organizational functions, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, people-centered communication, and structured execution. My recent projects have deepened my interest in organizational development and strategic HR, where I aim to integrate my psychological insight with system-level thinking to drive meaningful outcomes.
