Executive Trainee (RCU) at ORANGE RETAIL FINANCE INDIA PLTD (2021-10-18 – Present)

• Investigation of fraud / critical issues / serious process lapses and highlight to the Senior Management in a timely manner and also follow up till recovery of money
• Investigation of Unauthorized Repossession of vehicles to recover from respective employees
• Follow-up and coordinate with the vigilance Team & Legal Team for lodging police complaints
• Forwarding the Non contactable nonstarters and welcome call discrepant cases to the RCU Managers for field verification's, sharing the results with the RCU Head
