• Supplier Sourcing – Find and develop reliable suppliers across India.
• RFQ & Quotation Comparison – Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Price Negotiation – Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, warranty, and other commercial conditions.
• Purchase Orders – Prepare and release POs according to approved requirements.

• Cost Control – Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, alternative suppliers, and local sourcing.
• Payment Coordination – Coordinate with finance regarding supplier invoices, advances, and outstanding payments.
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain POs, quotations, approvals, vendor documents, GST/TDS-related records, etc.
• Supplier Performance – Monitor delivery delays, quality problems, and commercial performance.
