• Insurance documentation detailing the coverage and terms for each vehicle can be accessed in the documents section of Wings software. This ensures that all necessary paperwork is organized and readily available, allowing for a smooth workflow and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding insurance options.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly stock reports to the Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Admin.
• Compile and email vehicle purchase and sales details, insurance information, and workshop costs to the Admin and Accounts departments.
• Send approval emails for workshop costs and insurance amount requests to the admin, Accounts, and Insurance departments.
• Verify vehicle model and condition, and ensure the Registration Certificate (RC) is original before purchase.
• Handle documentation for Registration Certificate (RC) name changes.
• Verify customer documents such as Aadhar, Registration Certificate (RC), and others as required.
• Enter stock reports into Excel for record-keeping and analysis.
• Handle daily customer inquiries and resolve any issues through direct communication and support.
• Share vehicle details and updates with customers and team members via WhatsApp.
• Enter and maintain catalog details for business accounts.
• Check the Vahan site for RC status and provide updates to customers.
• Enter work-in-progress details into Excel and verify job cards before signing them.
• Check customer inquiry reports and the RC tracker. Send branch inquiry reports to the Admin department.
• Send monthly purchase and sales inquiry reports from sales executives to the Admin department.
• Transfer used vehicle details to the Allotment & Registration Department and sign off for vehicle delivery (Gate Pass).
• Call branch managers to check vehicle details and assist sales executives by resolving any issues they encounter.
• Deal with sales executives and resolve any issues they face. Conduct daily morning meetings with sales executives and hand over the details to the Admin department.
